The SS&A Club will host the event on August 4, which will also see a number of Border fighters in action.
Tyi Johnstone has an Australian-South Pacific amateur title in his sights, while Michael Damore will battle for the East Coast K1 title.
Trainer Mitch Carter works with both prospects at Hurricane Border Fitness and is looking forward to seeing what they can produce in front of a home crowd.
“Our boys have been fighting a lot in Canberra and Melbourne and the promoters said ‘why don’t we all get together and do a show in Albury so your boys can all fight at home’,” Carter said.
“All the other trainers and promoters have come together to give my boys a bit of an opportunity to finally fight at home.
“We’ve been fighting away for two years, so they’re repaying the favour for us and we’ve been able to get the big title fight here in Albury.
“All others have been amateur and we’ve managed to lock in a pro South Pacific title fight for the main event.”
