The business is also aiming to open their newest display home in Thurgoona in September, with another planned for Shepparton, as well as introducing a new ‘selection centre’ at their offices in Bennu Circuit, Albury.
“It’s exciting times for us at the moment, with a lot going on,” said managing director Murray Pigdon.
Davis Sanders Homes have been designing and building homes in Albury-Wodonga to Griffith in the Riverina and the Goulbourn Valley for twenty-five years.
“Over the coming months we have three completely new plan ranges coming, with all new facades and new inclusions levels and a new selection centre being established so that customers can work even more closely with our new home consultants to find the right home design, or house and land package.”
They currently have display homes open at 1 Stirling Way, Thurgoona or 5 Charlton Way, Killara. Davis Sanders Homes offer flexible designs that can be modified. They can also work with challenging sites.
“We understand that life isn’t always straightforward, which is what makes it interesting,” said Murray.
“Home sites are the same. But where others might take one look at these challenges and tell you it’s too hard, we’ll work through the ways to make your new home possible.
“We aim to make the whole process as seamless as possible, whether you are considering your first home or your last.”
