Officers attended the home at White Post Road on Wednesday to arrest a woman in her 30s.
When they arrived they noticed stolen goods and drug-related items at the property.
A search warrant was executed, leading to the members recovering a trafficable quantity of 1,4 Butanediol, five guns, stolen machinery including a Dingo earthmover and more.
1,4 Butanediol turns into GHB when ingested.
Senior Sergeant Garry Barton said police had received information from the public before the raid.
The woman and two men have been charged with various offences, including drug possession and handling stolen goods.
“We rely on information from the public and thank the public for continuing to provide us with information,” he said.
“It does get acted on.
“Every little bit helps and we’re dedicated to making the North East a safe place to reside in.”
The trio are due to front the Wangaratta Magistrates Court on Thursday.
Officers from Wangaratta, Beechworth and Myrtleford took part.
“It’s an example of how all the police in the North East are working together to fight drug activity and other illegal activity that causes harm to the community,” Senior Sergeant Barton said.
He urged anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
