The Greens’ juniors have helped NSW Country remain unbeaten after the first two rounds of competition.
NSW Country upstaged Emerging Jets 2-0 on Tuesday – a team from the higher-ranked Pool A.
Cary found the back of the net in the victory.
“That should hold them in good stead for the rest of the week,” spokesperson Shane Goldsworthy said.
“A lot of these girls have played together at state level for two or three years, so they’re pretty gelled.
“The footwork and teamwork has been fantastic.
“It’s been a good couple of days so far.”
Other under 15s results from day two saw NSW Metro Blue defeat Victoria 3-2, Football West fell 2-0 to NSW Metro White, South Australia were a class above Tasmania with a 5-1 triumph, while Queensland were far too strong for Capital Football, claiming a 6-1 victory.
NSW Country recorded a 3-1 salute against Football West (Western Australia) on Monday.
Goldsworthy found the back of the net in the 41st minute to hand NSW Country a 3-1 lead.
In other round one results, Victoria scored a 3-1 win against Queensland, Capital Football drew 1-1 with Tasmania, Emerging Jets took down NSW Metro Blue 2-1, while New South Wales Metro White won a high-scoring encounter against South Australia, 4-2.
In round three, NSW Country takes on the unbeaten NSW Metro White at 1pm on Wednesday, before clashing with Tasmania on Thursday and rounding out the week against South Australia on Friday.
