That came after Nicholas Joyce, 38, decided against making an application for bail when his matter went before the Wangaratta Magistrate’s Court today.
Joyce was further remanded in custody to appear in the Shepparton Magistrate’s Court for a committal mention on October 9.
Joyce was arrested following raids both at Falls Creek and Shepparton that resulted in police seizing large amounts of GHB, ecstasy and methamphetamine.
Police searched a late-model utility at the snow resort following a two-month investigation and allegedly seized about a litre of GHB from Joyce.
A 42-year-old man, who also declined to make a bail application, was allegedly found with $4500 in his pocket.
