A Department of Education and Training spokesman this week said the Minister had approved an exemption from the standard procurement process, which allowed the department to fast-track a modified contract by week’s end.

The Life Skills House is a joint venture between Belvoir Special School and the Rotary Clubs of Belvoir-Wodonga, Wodonga Central, Wodonga West and Albury-Wodonga Sunrise at no cost to the government.
