The star US import was irrepressible, leading the team averaging 21.5 points, 9.4 rebounds and 2.4 assists, while shooting an impressive 50% from the field.
It is the first time Harmon has been selected in either of the All-SEABL teams, despite strong campaigns for both Launceston and Nunawading in previous years, as well as her 2014 season on the Border.
The Lady Bandits wrapped up their season on Saturday nigh, going 4-16 in their third and final campaign with outgoing head coach Jim Wilson.
Lauren Jackson will take over as head coach for 2019, bringing her immense experience as a multiple-time WNBA and WNBL champion and MVP to the table.
It will be Jackson's first coaching job.
