The company is releasing bottles of a double distilled single malt whisky on August 31 at the Whisky and Chocolate Factory, which was built in 1920s as the Corowa Flour Mill.
The whisky is made from locally sourced barley in copper stills.

The big celebration will be feature live music, canapes and cocktails.
The Factory is open for breakfast and lunch daily and offers a range of chocolates and goods from the Junee Licorice and Chocolate.
Markets at the Mill will also run on September 1.
