Bordignon hasn’t played since the club’s two-goal win over Wodonga Raiders on June 23.
He travelled overseas and then missed last week’s win over North Albury with gastro.
Bordignon has shown his class and composure on numerous occasions, but none moreso than when he restricted Albury goalkicking machine Josh Mellington to three goals in last year’s upset grand final win.
The premiers will look to use the final two games to fine-tune their play ahead of finals.
Myrtleford’s hopes have been dealt a double-barrelled blow, losing midfielder Christian Burgess and forward Lachie Dale.
Dale was forced off last week with a racing heart and he’s set for more tests.
Burgess re-injured the shoulder he dislocated pre-season.
