The North Albury midfielder, who turned 21 earlier this month, hasn’t played since the June 23 win over Myrtleford.
Mannagh has been battling a corked thigh, but is expected to take his place.
Hoppers’ co-coach Chris Schmidt is still missing after dislocating and breaking his wrist in early July.
Schmidt is expected to play the final game at home against Corowa-Rutherglen.
It will be a celebration of Dan Leslie’s career as he becomes the first Hopper to reach 300 matches after breaking Stan Sargeant’s games record in round two.
The Hoppers are also banking on that being the 35-year-old’s last game for the club.
But a milestone match is a long way from Raiders’ thinking, who just need to beat the visitors to seal a top three finish and the all-important double chance.
