Emergency services were called to the crash on Brocklesby Street about 9pm on Friday.
At least one – and possibly two – people were ejected from the utility, which landed on its side.
All four were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The driver appeared to have left the scene before returning.
Fire and Rescue NSW Corowa station commander Lindsay Bush said firefighters attended the scene and rendered it safe.
“It’s very luck there was no-one deceased,” he said.
“One person told us he was thrown from the vehicle.”
It was unclear what caused the crash.
Fluid spilled from the vehicle during the incident, which firefighters had to clean up.
The white utility was extensively damaged.
It had to be towed from the scene after landing facing the wrong direction on grass next to the road.
The incident is under investigation.
