Rohan Davies won the Northern Football League’s division three in 2012 and followed it with the division two medal the next year.
The 28-year-old also won the Northern Territory’s division two Lancaster Medal in March.
“He’ll show our group great behaviours in how to train, he’s got elite training habits,” Roos’ coach Marc Almond said.

Davies, who played with Howlong in 2014-15, will move to Corowa with his partner.
Meanwhile, the Roos will be chasing their fourth win on the road against North Albury on Saturday.
“It’s the first time in three years our footy club hasn’t had a change from week to week,” Almond said.
Meanwhile, Wodonga hosts Myrtleford in the other non-top five game.
