The Taste of Tamworth Tour will be headlined by Carter and Carter and feature fellow Golden Guitar winners Felicity Urquhart and the Border’s Travis Sinclair, as well as rising star Anthony Taylor.
Carter and Carter, the most successful independent country music act in Australia for the past 17 years, have amassed more awards and more chart success than any independent artist in the history of Australian country music.
They’ve put out seven albums, as well as a DVD and three books, the output has earned the husband and wife team a dozen national top 10 hits, an APRA award to go along with the Golden Guitar.
For Sinclair it will be a hometown show, having being raised at Springhurst on a life of country music and trucking.
Saturday’s Taste of Tamworth concert starts at 8pm.
