In 1968 the school moved from an ageing campus, built during the 1920s, to its current location, where roughly 350 students study now.
The school will mark the date of the official opening of the Redlands Road campus, which was on March 22, 1968, with an open day and dinner on September 22.
Current students will be on hand to offer guided tours of the school between 10am and 2pm, with memorabilia from years gone by to be prominently displayed.
Lunch will also be cooked in the school kitchens and served.
Festivities will continue with dinner and entertainment at the Corowa RSL club.
Tickets for the dinner are available until Friday September 7, and can be purchased from the school for $70.
Further details about the anniversary can be found on Corowa high School’s Facebook page, or by contacting them on (02) 6033 1889.
