  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup chopped mint
  • ¼ cup chopped flat leaf parsley
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • 80g cooked beetroot
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 cup frying oil
