Oncologist Craig MacLeod and Psychologist Richard Brown will speak at the free event hosted by the Benambra Masonic Lodge.
Member Nicol Rumble said the night was for men and women, and would raise money for headspace Albury-Wodonga.
“Richard is talking about mental health and his involvement with the Black Dog initiative, and Craig is involved with Genesis Care at the Albury-Wodonga Cancer Centre and will be discussing medical issues,” he said.
“We also have a local representative for the Tallangatta Health Service, Sue Reid.
“Men stick their heads in the sand, and say ‘It will never happen to me’, but it does.”
Mr Rumble said the Benambra Lodge, which had been operating in Tallangatta for more than 100 years, now had 30 members.
“We’re always looking for good men who are willing to help each other and the community,” he said.
The event will take place from 7pm at the Tallangatta Masonic Centre on 26 Towong Street.
