A STOLEN car burnt out at Nail Can Hill had sped off from police following an earlier ram raid.

The Liberty service station on Urana Road was targeted during the ram raid in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
Police located the Ford Falcon minutes later and tried to intercept the vehicle.
The driver refused to stop and sped off from the officers.
Items which appeared to have been taken from the petrol station, including multiple packets of chewing gum, were scattered near the vehicle.
The car was completely destroyed.
