Castles was charged after the league-appointed match review panel watched video of an incident involving Holbrook’s Alec Sullivan.
Jindera has until midday on Wednesday to decide if it will fight the bumping or making forceful contact charge.
If the Bulldogs opt to contest the charge, a hearing would most likely be held on Thursday night.
Jindera run the risk of having the sentence increased to two weeks if it decides against taking the early guilty plea.
The incident occurred during the second quarter of Jindera’s minor semi-final victory against Holbrook at Walbundrie on Sunday.
Castles exploded into action in the second-half to kick five telling goals against the Brookers to take his season tally to 105.
