Emergency services were called to the scene on Kaitlers Road about 3.40pm on Tuesday.
The 12-year-old had fallen out of a vehicle performing as it was performing a U-turn and landed on the road.
She wasn’t wearing a seatbelt and received a leg fracture and rib injuries.
She was taken to Albury hospital in a stable condition.
