Reilly was forced from the ground early in the first semi win over Yarrawonga.
“To be honest, he had an up and down week with his well-being,” Stone said.
“He was ticked off yesterday (Tuesday) from the GP, another concussion test and he trained last night.
“He’s in our 23 and we’ll consider all players availability.”
In his last full game, Reilly was excellent on Morris medallist Brodie Filo and he’s previously tagged Tiger star Daniel Cross.
Stone did confirm though Frazer Dent will play.
Dent also missed last week’s preliminary final win over Wodonga Raiders.
The city of Wangaratta will host the decider for the first time in 24 years.
