Yoga teachers Kylie Bertuch, of Ginger Ki Yoga and Wellness, and Emily Rose, of Emily Rose Yoga, will host the next Alpine Spring Yoga Retreat from November 3-6.
Ms Bertuch said they would team up with Bright Adventure Company on the retreat at a purpose-built yoga studio at the base of Mount Buffalo.
“Mt Buffalo is such a stunning and iconic mountain and has such a strong energy about it,” she said.
“Since the theme of this retreat is stepping out of your comfort zone participants will have the option to abseil up at Buffalo with experienced guides from Bright Adventure Company, included in the cost.
“If that is a little too far out of the zone we will have a beautiful bush walk option too.”
Held at 215 Mount Buffalo Retreat, it is designed for people of all experience and ability levels.
