The long-time Bandits guard has joined Hume League side Rand-Walbundrie-Walla for next season.
Giants coach Myles Aalbers confirmed the signing on Friday afternoon.
Aalbers said the star basketballer would have to earn his place in the senior side, but expected him to be in contention for the Giants’ best 21.
Being a Bandits player for 10 years, he’ll bring a certain level of professionalism to his training and play.

“Jack hasn’t played footy in a long time, he will probably need a big pre-season but he’ll definitely fight for a spot in the ones,” he said.
“Being a Bandits player for 10 years, he’ll bring a certain level of professionalism to his training and play.
“We’re really excited to have him on board for next season.”
Duck made his SEABL debut in 2009, before enjoying a breakout season in 2012, a championship year for the Bandits.
He won the team's most improved player award that year, averaging 8.5 points per game in a sixth man role.
As captain of the Bandits in 2018, Duck alternated between starting and coming off the bench, averaging six points, 3.8 rebounds and 2.5 assists.
His leadership and competitiveness was relied upon during an up and down, injury-ravaged season for the Bandits, in which they finished just outside of finals contention.
Duck's departure opens the door for the likes of rising young guard Mitch Donovan, who impressed in a limited role during his rookie season.
