About 130 riders arrived in Albury-Wodonga in separate groups on Thursday afternoon and left for Melbourne on Friday morning.
They are expected to return at some stage during the weekend.
Wodonga Inspector Paul Hargreaves said about 40 officers had checked 200 motorbikes and cars.
One roadside drug test was conducted and three penalty notices issued, but he said there were no major problems.
“Our approach has been about community safety and compliance with road rules,” Inspector Hargreaves said.
“No significant issues occurred and no major concerns were raised by the public.”
