Police said three teenage boys were in a Toyota HiLux utility on the property at about 10.45am when it rolled.
Two of the boys were ejected from the vehicle.
One died at the scene after being trapped under the utility.
The driver and the rear passenger sustained minor injuries and were taken to Wagga Base Hospital in a stable condition.
“The ute rolled and trapped one of them for a while, who unfortunately wasn’t able to be revived,” a NSW Ambulance spokesman said.
“Initially two helicopters were also called for but weren’t needed.”
Fire and Rescue NSW also attended.
Police are investigating.
