Bronwyn Tyrell has sold Vivid Financial Planning to Roger Schnelle, owner of The Next Step Financial Group.
But hers will continue to be a familiar face as she will be staying with the business for the next 12 months to ensure a smooth transition for existing and new clients.
"We re-branded The Next Step Financial Group to give the business a fresh new look,” she said.
And while Bronwyn may be a familiar face, the business has also welcomed a new one.
Lucinda Thompson, who joined the team recently, has more than 20 years' experience in the finance industry.
As a mum of three girls, Lucinda is passionate about educating women on financial issues.
"I love helping people understand the importance of their financial journey and understanding all that it involves," she said.
"I love that they walk away with a little bit more knowledge every time."
Lucinda and her family moved to Albury about nine years ago.
She said that many people, including people aged in their 20s, were becoming more aware of the benefits of seeking good financial advice to be able to plan for their futures as well as retirement.
Her work ethic was centred on the client – including coaching them through the financial process and finding out what their goals and values were.
She said she was excited to be part of the team at The Next Step Financial Group and was keen to learn and grow as a planner in this new opportunity.
Bronwyn said the changes at the business were exciting and Lucinda's expertise was a welcome addition to the team.
"It's going to be a really good team to be a part of,” she said.
Director Roger Schnelle has more than 35 years' experience in providing fiancial/accounting advice and more than 12 years' experience in financial planning advice.
He is particularly interested in blending financial planning advice with tax minimisation strategies.
