Wangaratta Performing Arts Centre Co-ordinator Tanya Camplin said the venue was in talks with Cave’s management about adding additional shows.
“Nick’s website fan-base had a pre-sale ticket release on Tuesday which sold out quickly but the general tickets were released on Thursday morning at 9am, and online tickets were sold out by 9.01am,” she said.
“We’re trying our best to negotiate a second show here in Wangaratta, we’re liaising with the artist and promoters to try make it happen.
“We’d love to make it happen.”

Ms Camplin said being the only regional stop on the Australian and NZ tour was a credit to the town and venue.
“We’re thrilled Nick has chosen to return to Wangaratta and the response has been overwhelming,” she said.
“It goes to show... that this is a premier performing arts venue in regional Australia.”
Ms Camplin said people could register to hear about any new shows on the Wangaratta Performing Arts Centre website.
