A Wodonga girl will represent Australia during an international modelling competition in the US in December.
Isabelle Little, 12, finished 2nd runner-up (junior division) at Miss Fashion Week Australia, having previously won the Victorian title.
In her first year of modelling, Isabelle will now contest Miss Fashion Week International Junior in Dallas, Texas, and also experience a day of model training and meet Miss Fashion Week founder Vera Viviona Wang.
Isabelle said she gained confidence from nationals.
“I have developed many new skills, learned to think positively about myself and others and I’ve learned to love my body and love myself as I am,” she said.

Her mother Cellina said a My Cause fundraising page had been set up for Isabelle as she prepared for her trip.
“Anyone that can help support her journey, that would be amazing,” Mrs Little said.
“It’s a lot of prep work, just going over what we’ve already learnt. Walking on the runway practice, interviewing practice as well, it’s all very new.
“Having not done anything like this before, it can be a little daunting.”
