Part of a rural health initiative by Arthritis and Osteoporosis NSW, the session will run for about two hours and focus on the benefits of exercise and nutrition.
AONSW’s Christmas 2017 rural health appeal raised $20,000 to make similar regional programs possible.

AONSW chief executive Sandra Vincent said 18 per cent of the Australian population lived with arthritis.
“That statistic equates to more than 9000 people living in the Albury City Council area who face the daily challenges of chronic pain and limited mobility,” she said.
