Rose show co-convener Kerry Pryor encouraged children to take part as well by choosing a rose from their garden and submitting it for judging.
“It’s always a great day and we hope lots of people join in,” she said.
As well as the rose show, which opens at 10am, the fair offers entertainment, stalls and refreshments from 8am.
Performers include the Albury City Band, musicians Peter Carmody and Friends and guitarist Jeremy Kerr, with Rob Stocker to compere the day.
A goods and services auction will be held from 10.15am while other attractions are Devonshire teas, barbecue, cakes, craft, produce, plants, white elephant, op shop, books, toys and children’s games.
