The Quest Wodonga front office manager founded catering business Watt A Platter this year to overwhelmingly positive feedback.
“What started out as a side hustle has escalated very quickly!” she said.
“I was just doing corporate platters for Quest Wodonga before word of mouth, Instagram and Facebook took it to the next level.”
Watt A Platter now has 30 clients on the books including quite a few regulars.
Cass’ Howlong-based mum Sue Harvey and her Wodonga partner Will have helped manage the workload at peak times.
In August Cass gained entry into the La Trobe Accelerator Program to develop her business.
She also benefited from the Business Women Albury Wodonga mentor program this year with Starfish Marketing founder Mell Millgate.
Her corporate lunch platters include sandwiches, wraps, fresh fruit and sweet treats while a new range of brunch platters feature granola pots and bite-size snacks.
“I offer light, easy and fresh corporate lunches,” Cass said.
“Nothing with onions; you want to have good breath afterwards!”
