Carole Medcalf, the director of online business Wandering Women, will hold sessions at 12.30pm and 5.30pm in meeting room 2 of Albury Library Museum.
“There are increasing numbers of women who, for one reason or another, find themselves on their own,” she said.
“That does not mean they want to stop living but travelling alone overseas, for example, can sometimes be daunting.”

Ms Medcalf said Wandering Women took all the planning and hurdles out of national and international travel.
“It isn’t only about the travel but also about the friends you can make, the travel partners you can meet and the interests you can share with people you never knew existed until you joined the club,” she said.
The business began in 2012 out of a conversation between four women enjoying a Queensland holiday together.
