Ten wineries will join together for the program on Saturday and Sunday.
La Dolce Vita Festival newcomer King River Estate Wines will offer tastings of traditional and alternative varietals from two sister estates including prosecco, sangiovese rose and its signature saperavi.
It will have pop-up Italian street food by Sally Lynch of Taste Trekkers, wood-fired pizza from the on-site pizza oven and music by North East artist Liv Cartledge.
Other participating wineries include Brown Brothers, Chrismont, Dal Zotto, Darling Estate, La Cantina, Pizzini, Politini Wines, Sam Miranda and Symphonia.
Sam Miranda will offer a prosecco bar on the piazza, tapas and sharing menus and wood-fired pizza.
Wines of the King Valley spokeswoman Alison Lloyd said the festival was an opportunity to experience life in the King Valley.
“The chance to discover a new favourite wine is always exciting too; here you get to speak to the person who grew the grapes and made the wine,” she said.
“I highly recommend using your ticket across both days and trying to visit every one of our 10 unique wineries.”
Entry to the festival is $25, which includes a souvenir tasting glass or reusable water bottle.
Children are free.
