White missed last weekend’s narrow defeat to Rand with the birth of his daughter, but is back to help his side push for a top-six spot.
“A win would be good this weekend, but I also think we’ve played a few of the top teams and there will be a bit of relief in the draw coming up soon,” White said.
“It would be nice to get a couple, I made a good score in the first week, but haven’t done much since then.
“The other boys are batting well, so I guess if I can get a score, we’ll be competitive.
“Braedon Pantling would handily be leading our Cricketer of the Year, with good runs and good wickets.
“Paddy Murray is getting better every week and Greg Schuller has got a couple of good scores under his belt.
“It’s been good to get those blokes back to the club.”
