Proceeds from the auction, to be conducted by Kane Real Estate and Chapman, Gould and May Real Estate, will support Nick, 22, who broke his neck in a diving accident in January 2017.
Andrew Kane, of Kane Real Estate, said the home had attracted some interest, with a price range of $580,000 to $620,000 being quoted.
On a 1200sq m block, the property includes a landscaped yard.
“It’s a completely finished package, certainly up to a very high standard,” Mr Kane said.
“As much as it’s charity, all these tradespeople’s work is on show.”
The auction is due to start at 12.30pm.
