The Thurgoona home built to raise money for Nick Dempsey’s rehabilitation will be auctioned on Saturday, November 17.
Located on Tweed Court, the four-bedroom house has been created over the past year by a large team of volunteers who contributed their time, skills and materials.
Proceeds from the auction, to be conducted by Kane Real Estate and Chapman, Gould and May Real Estate, will support Nick, 22, who broke his neck in a diving accident in January 2017.
Andrew Kane, of Kane Real Estate, said the home had attracted some interest, with a price range of $580,000 to $620,000 being quoted.
On a 1200sq m block, the property includes a landscaped yard.
“It’s a completely finished package, certainly up to a very high standard,” Mr Kane said.
“As much as it’s charity, all these tradespeople’s work is on show.”
The auction is due to start at 12.30pm.
