Garry Worsnop’s Charcol and Kevin Hanley’s Chew Toy will tackle Norm Loy’s Butler Butler in the Benchmark 65 race.
Hanley’s seven-year-old has three wins and another eight placings from 53 starts, including a last-start third at Wodonga (1590m) last month.
Charcol boasts six wins from 37 starts.
But Worsnop has had the seven-year-old for only three of those.
The Border trainer took over from Cranbourne’s Richard Laming.
It’s been a tough time for Charcol, who finished sixth at Albury on Oaks Day.
That followed last-place finishes at Albury (October 27) and Leeton (October 8).
Canberra trainer Garry Kirkup’s La Biere Choisie won both the Albury races.
Wagga trainer Trevor Sutherland’s Gentleman Max is the topweight at 62kgs in the race.
