With Colts in trouble at 3-21 chasing Benalla's 174, Braden produced his absolute best with 15 boundaries in his 106 to guide his side to a six-wicket win - finishing their 40 overs on 200.
Dylan Adams also impressed for Colts with 5-28, but 58 from Sam Gladstone and 49 from Justin Saker gave Benalla hope.
