Walker picked up four of the last five wickets to restrict the Spiders to 9-108 in pursuit of the Roos’ 7-145.
The result has kept Yackandandah a game clear inside the top-six.
Mount Beauty jumped to the top with a six-wicket win against Kiewa at Kiewa.
The hosts posted 8-185 with Jacob Ozolins (39) and skipper Brent de Vries (36) in the runs.
However, an unbeaten 86 from Daniel Saville saw the Power reach the total with eight balls to spare.
Barnwartha-Chiltern continued its impressive return to the competition with its fifth straight win – defeating Dederang by five wickets in the final over.
After dropping their first two games, the Miners moved into the top-four on Saturday after chasing down Dederang’s 4-196.
Coach Chris Hartshorn made 49 at the top and an unbeaten 46 from Josh Marx saw Barnawartha-Chiltern reach 5-198 on the first ball of the 45th over.
Dederang captain Andrew Creamer kept his sublime start with the bat going with 66, but it ultimately wasn’t quite enough as the Demons slumped to their fourth straight loss and tumbled out of the top-six for the first time this season.

Hartshorn is pleased with how his side is travelling, but knows there’s still improvement in them.
“We’re happy, but we’re keeping a big lid on it because there’s a long way to go,” he said.
“It was about time for the both of us (Marx and I) to get some runs.
“I took Josh’s spot up the top and he took mine down in the middle order and it seemed to work for us.

Defending premiers Corowa showed why they can’t be overlooked despite their slow start, thrashing Eskdale by 148 runs.
Matt Grantham made an unbeaten 101, while Nathan Rhodes fell just short of joining him as he fell for 97 in the mammoth total of 3-257.
Eskdale could only manage 109 in reply.
Baranduda (3-104) moved to second with victory against Bethanga (8-102).
