Traverse Alpine Group has been appointed to take charge of the resort’s cafe, dining and function areas after revamping two restaurants at Falls Creek earlier this year.
On the eve of the ski season, Traverse Alpine Group were confirmed to take on Falls Creek eateries, Cloud 9 and Frying Pan Inn.
Food and beverage manager Bruno Da Motta said the resort’s re-opening was ideal timing to bring the venue back to life.
“The new venue will be the ultimate spot to catch up, meet new friends and get satisfying refreshments at affordable prices,” he said.
“The new restaurant and cafe spaces will feature breakfast and lunch, a la carte dining, take-away options, amazing coffee and a fully-stocked bar.”
The resort has 600 square meters of dining area and can accommodate close to 300 guests on the ground floor with a further 250 seated guests or 350 standing cocktail functions upstairs.
