Webb-Rose, 17, won his fight in the final against Queensland’s Stanley Green with a third round TKO to take out the middleweight division.
He beat Tasmanian Thomas Barker in the elimination round.
“His fitness and hunger got him over the line in the elimination fight,” trainer Corey Pyle said.
“He’s had twice as many fights as George.
“I was quietly confident he would come away with a win in the final as he’s been against stronger, older people all year and doing well.
“He’s doing extremely well.”
Fletcher, 34, won the light middleweight title by unanimous decision and backed it up the following night by taking out the middleweight division.
“It was fantastic winning two titles,” Pyle said.
