A star-studded list of Australian and international riders will battle it out with 2017 Australian champion Sam Masters heading the field.
He has just returned from a successful season in the British and European Leagues and is looking to be in good form before the Australian Championship series in January.
Justin Sedgmen and Jaimon Lidsey shape as threats for the Diamond Park Stars team while Englishman Tom Brennan has been in great form during his Australian visit.
Albury-Wodonga’s Aden Clare and Bendigo’s Jack Morrison head the young brigade.
The Undera Park Lions are headlined by 2018 Australian champion Rohan Tungate.
He has been posting fine results across the European Leagues, and with his focus firmly on retaining his national title, he will be using his first visit to Diamond Park as a tune-up for the title round in January.
Lions’ teammate Jordan Stewart, of Mildura, recently claimed the Victorian Championship and has shown great improvement after his first season in British Speedway.
Englishmen Zak Wajtknecht and Kyle Bickley, along with Denmark’s Matias Nielsen, have been ripping Australian tracks apart in the short time they have been in the country.
Gates at Diamond Park open at 4pm with riders practising at 6.30pm and racing from 7.30pm.
The canteen will be open.
