The Supercars fan will be teaming up with the station’s weekend host Kevin Poulton on the early morning shift.

He had a short stint as 2AY breakfast co-host with Sandra Moon in 2017, but is best known for a long-running partnership with Triple M’s Luisa Pelizzari.
Since her time on Prime, King has worked on Supercars television coverage and edited ezine Border Cafe.
Current 2AY breakfast host Karen Prater, who has had that job since mid-2017, will remain at the station.
