The side went through the titles undefeated with coach Kristy Hogan pleased with their form in the seven matches.
Ovens and Murray defeated Sydney Northern Breakers 7-3 in the final on Monday.
In the boys, Ovens and Murray finished seventh in the state playing in A division.
They lost their quarter-final to Balmain in a penalty shoot-out.
“They played against some cracking teams,” coach Shannon Gould said.
“I think they shocked a few of the metro boys.
“The boys and girls did really well.”
The performances come only days after the Ovens and Murray took out the under 16 boys B division title.
The under-16 girls came fourth.
Several Ovens and Murray under-18 boys and girls played in composite sides.
The under 14 and 16 sides will compete in the national championships in Brisbane in January.
