Since the 1870s Catholic Education Wodonga has educated children on the Border, taught generations of the same families and welcomed new families every year.

St Augustine’s Primary, St Francis of Assisi Primary, St Monica’s Primary and Catholic College Wodonga are all part of an innovative, inclusive and spirited learning community, catering for Foundation to Year 12.

It takes a united approach in providing services such as speech therapy, wellbeing, diverse learning, career advice and more.

According to Darren Hovey, principal at Catholic College Wodonga, CEW education is balanced and holistic with a focus on developing the whole person.

“At our schools, we nurture students in their lifelong journey in faith and help them develop as mature people empowered to shape and enrich the world,” he said.

This year Catholic College Wodonga unveiled a new $4.5 million science centre, which is used by all year levels, includes collaborative and independent learning spaces and a 90-seat auditorium.

“The new Aquinas science centre provides state of the art facilities which allows us to explore science to new levels,” Mr Hovey said.

Catholic Education Wodonga Open Days will be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2019.

For 2020, enrolment opening dates are from February 8, 2019 for the CEW primary schools, and from May 1, 2019 for Catholic College Wodonga.
