Hanaa said it had been a journey, which had many triumphs and lessons.
“And with the success of the cafe, it is why we decided to add a dinner menu,” she said.
“We know that there are some great restaurants in Albury and Wodonga but we want to bring something new, somewhere you can get your morning coffee and finish off with an evening dessert.
“We want to see people trying fun new food, with a Mediterranean flavour”.
The couple plan to employ more staff over the summer months.
As Thick As Thieves launched its new dinner menu on December 1.
Dinner will be available over summer on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
