Joint and Muscle support group president John McFarlane welcomed the news and looked forward to taking his first class on Wednesday morning.
“All the people that I’ve phoned are just ecstatic that they can use the pool again,” he said.
“We were holding classes in Wodonga, but that pool was only 30 degrees and a lot of the people started, but it was too cold.
“I’ve seen most of the repairs and they look fantastic, they’ve got an enormous big backwash pump, some new filters and new motors in there, so everything should be great for a long time to come.”
Mr McFarlane thanked Albury Wodonga Health for undertaking repairs and completing them before Christmas as promised.
