The central Albury property was passed in to a Sydney investor for $3.5 million with a sale expected to be clinched in coming days.
The figure was still more than the $2.9 million achieved for the Bendigo Bank building also located in Dean Street.
The property located next door to the Bended Elbow pub was established by the bank in the 1970s and sold on a lease-back deal.
