The final sections of a burnt shed at the Melrose Drive site were removed by demolition workers on Tuesday.
The contents inside, including a new excavator, lawnmowers, and other items used at the cemetery, were destroyed during the incident.
The property belonged to a contractor who maintained the grounds.
He said he had lost everything in the blaze.
“It’s cooked from one end to the other,” he said at the time.
Wodonga Cemetery Trust secretary Lia Carle said the incident had been expensive and posed challenges for the site's maintenance.
The cemetery has been targeted on other occasions following the fire.
“It's been time consuming, very time consuming,” she said.
“But as far as arranging the clean up with various trades, everyone has been absolutely fantastic.
"We great appreciate all the assistance that we've received in regards to offers of help and offers of support.
“With all the people who have helped out wherever they can, it's been greatly appreciated.”
The dismantling of the site will now allow a new shed to be constructed in its place.
Ms Carle was hopefully the new shed would be erected by mid-February and in use soon after.
“By the end of February, it should be back to where it was before it sustained any damage,” she said.
"There will be some improvements to the security.
“It will be a beefed up version of security that will be installed.”
Wodonga man Wayne McLean, 50, was been charged with arson, burglary and attempted theft following the incident.
He was released on bail.
McLean will return to the Wodonga Magistrates Court on February 7.
Ms Carle said the incident, thankfully, hadn't caused issues for people using the cemetery.
“Most really wouldn't have noticed any change or a drop in our services,” she said.
