With Josh Fagan leading the way, Tigers gained the ascendancy early with Jimmy Scannell and Elijah Brooks also impressing.
It was Brooks’ first appearance for the club this season.
Pool Pirates had good players in Nash Clarke and Stephen Sloan.
Northside defeated a depleted Sharks 12-5.
With the ladder leader missing a host of big names including Shannon Gould, Taylor Miller, Brendan Dickie, James O’Brien and Nick Campbell, the young Northside team took full advantage with Trent Remington on fire.
Tyson Mutsch was also effective.
Ben Douglas tried hard for Sharks.
In A grade women, Sharks dismantled Albury Tigers 15-3.
Leah Dodd was unstoppable with seven goals while sisters Phebe and Sophie McLeod snared three each.
