Nineteen wineries will roll out the rustic carpet on March 9 and 10 over the Labour Day weekend.
The annual progressive feast will show off the region's best produce and wine at Rutherglen and Wahgunyah wineries.
With the Rutherglen region famous for world-class fortified wines, the wineries will showcase their resurgence in muscat cocktails, frozé to rosé, full-bodied reds, fine whites or sparkling shiraz.
Border and North East chefs will offer dozens of sweet and savoury dishes at participating wineries over two days.
There will be masterclasses, live entertainment and special events from dawn to dusk.
Shuttle buses will travel between the wineries throughout the weekend.
Bookings are essential for buses and special events.
A $20 festival ticket covers admission to the festival for both days. It includes entry wristband and festival glass to use at participating wineries, which allows winery entry, tastings and entertainment.
Tickets are available from tastesofrutherglen.com.au.
